Point org workflow to feature branch with architecture fix

- Updated org-required-trufflehog.yml to reference @fix/update-runner-to-x64-large
- This ensures the org ruleset uses the version with ARM64 architecture detection
- Should resolve the 'Exec format error' on ARM64 runners
