Create reusable dependabot.yml generator #997
Description
Similarly to what we do in one of our biggest repos in Grafana Labs where we generate dependabot.yml based on an app which searches for different components/package-echosystems, it'd be nice to have this mechanism as a reusable workflow so every team can get some benefit from and create their own dependabot yaml easily.
This action should also have a check step, where it can check that the generated dependabot file needs to change, should a new path or package appears.
