[BUG] --update and --reinstall does not run install

Describe the bug
When using --update and --reinstall together, script does not Display Dialog and run startosinstall after checking for an updated installer.

To Reproduce

• If applicable, please provide the full command used when running the script.:
  /Library/Management/erase-install/erase-install.sh --os 15 --reinstall --update --check-power --no-fs --mist --power-wait-limit 900 --max-password-attempts 15

• Please describe how the script was run: Jamf Policy from the uploaded pkg, erase-install-launcher.sh

Expected behavior
Display Dialog and run startosinstall after checking for an updated installer.

Code/log output
Please supply the full command used, and if applicable, add full output from Terminal or from /var/log/erase-install.log. Don't post a partial log - I need the whole thing. Either upload the log as a file, or paste the output in a code block like this:
