[BUG] Duplicate keychain entries containing similar server and account cause find_all_internet_passwords function to error

find_all_internet_passwords is checking for any entry with duplicate server and account name. However, it should also check for an identical display name, because MJT/JamfUploader will not try to use an entry with a different display name.
