Compiler: Remove ocaml compiler code.

We have been discussing for a while now making the compiler's license more permissive, the first major step towards this goal will be implementing our own typechecker, but there is quite a few other modules around our codebase that are licensed the same way. We should make a list of these modules and look into rewriting and refactoring them.
