` [grakkit] Enabling grakkit v7.0.0*` is not correct

Based on some of our discussions, this should not be Grakkit v7. This would be a separate project grakkit-node and should change it accordingly.

The folder generated should not be grakkit as well. We should separate these.

Keeping this separate could make it easier for folks to run both, and slowly migrate from one to the other.
