migrate from .net Core 3.1 to .Net 6 ?

Could you think migrate from .net Core 3.1 to .Net 6 ?
Is it makes a diffarence? Because there is no more support for .net Core 3.1.

Due to other commitments I am currently unable to spend time on the project. I will return to it in the future, however, I am unable to give you a timeframe at this stage.
