Sounds interesting. I wonder if such a proposal feature could "fork" the subgraphs/monographs where the partial implementation lives and have the fields auto-mocked. This way, you could explore whether the changes fit on your front-end.

Picking the right "forked" version could be enabled by adding some kind of version HTTP header to the client.
