Add websocket subscriptions example to fastify integration

Hi. I'm currently using pothos + graphql-yoga + fastify in my server, and it's been working great. I'm currently developing a feature that requires subscriptions. The default SSE subscriptions work out of the box, but I can't use this protocol since my client doesn't support it.

I'd like to see the fastify example expanded with support for websocket subscriptions.

I'm afraid that example was the first I tried replicating, but I can't figure out how to make it work with fastify

this is not very helpful or did not age well. the interfaces are very different as far as i can see:

(deprecated was updated to import { makeHandler } from 'graphql-ws/use/@fastify/websocket')

however yoga is implemented differently in fastify: https://the-guild.dev/graphql/yoga-server/docs/integrations/integration-with-fastify

to me it is not clear how to integrate it properly. the apis create manifold of options.
do i place execute, subscribe, onsubscribe on the makeHandler now? do i need to use yoga envelope? is it enough to have the makeHandle next to yoga, but how does yoga get its information then? can i place { websocket } just on the yoga routes?

someone can assist in this?
