Large data response in subscription returns Bad string error

I have a subscription of a backup which returns progress updates as to how far along it is and which tables it has already backed up.

Currently when it's around 3/4 done I get the Bad string error, is there any way to fix this?

Reproduction:

1. Go to codesandbox Reprocuction
2. Click on Visit GraphiQL
3. And run the subscription query
4. You will now see the Bad string error.

I am posting this as a discussion as it might be a setup issues more than an actual bug, if it is a bug I can make a new issue for that if needed.

Sorry for the @ @n1ru4l & @dotansimha, but our development at work is being held up because of this stuff, and we haven't found a workaround yet, except disabling the subscription.

Is this an issue or a fault in our setup?
Do you know a workaround/fix?
Or is there an official fix we can expect in the coming time?

Otherwise we might need to switch back to Apollo, which we don't prefer...

If this blocks you, it means you have enough time to debug further, and maybe come up with a solution. It is an open source project :)
About going back to Apollo, you can always do that if that works better for you but i am not sure you will have SSE subscriptions when you do that.
