I can't understand this example. It looks like the graphQLServer is created, but isn't used in the middleware passed to app.use('/graphql'. I'm also not sure where the req binding is coming from on the line:

  const response = await this.handleIncomingMessage(req)

It is ctx.req actually. Just a typo :)
