Remove website from linting (#4355)

Ensures that linting works, the website does its own next-linting thing.
Maybe worth someday to chunk this up into workspaces or updating our
deps so that we don't have this many incompatibilities. I would say that
we should reduce our linting a bit as it's extraneous
