• Update Chicago95 icon theme and include symbolic icons

  As XFCE is moving towards GTK3, there are many applications that are using a symbolic icon instead of the standard fixed icons. As an example, Thunar's action button icons (back, forward, home, and refresh) and the XFCE panelbar status plugins are now using symbolic icons. Since these are not well defined in the Chicago95 icon theme, this will cause the application to fallback to a default symbolic icon set as part of GTK. These default icons are very large in size and can create an inconsistent / cartoonized oversized feel of the interface. I would like to test with SVG icons for hopefully better DPI scaling support.

• Fix broken symbolic links in the icon theme

  There are multiple dangling symlinks in the Chicago95 icon theme. This can be fixed by updating the link to point to a different icon. Try to choose an icon that matches the same size and would look appropriate as a replacement.
