Unable to start a connection. "i/o timeout"

Running Teleport v14.3.21 on server and client

Client installed (RPi 400)

tar xvf teleport-v14.3.21-linux-arm64-bin.tar.gz 
cd teleport/
sudo ./install

Have logged into the client and generated a Token

tsh login --proxy=teleport.*****.app --user=phil
tctl tokens add --type=node --ttl=4h

Then attempt to start the connection. I am getting a recurring i/o timeout error. Any pointers welcome?

RPi 400 is connected via Ethernet. I can ping the server from the command line. I have many other clients running but they were installed using the command line generated code from the server dashboard. This is the 1st time I have downloaded and installed the client without using the dashboard.

I have also tried using my Android phone in USB tethered mode but still get the same error...

Tracked it down to not having 3025 opened on the server.
