Support for fwmark in netclient #1195

A little while back I asked in Discord about the lack of fwmark support in netclient.
Since then, it looks like this feature has been added 281625e and then removed 000cdf2 .
What's the story here? Did adding this cause issues? Do you have a timeline for when this will be possible? I'm fine with it requiring an opt-in feature flag if that's preferred.
