Scroll events should be propagated when the canvas reached end position. #96
Description
When canvas reach its top/bottom position the following scroll-events in the same direction should not be stopped, such events should be propagated to allow to scroll whole page.
Expected behaviour:
The behaviour should be the same as for a scrollable div element in the middle of a scrollable html-document.
