First time user... trying to be anyway

I'm at a loss here. Got a MKS-DLC32 v 2.1 board and flashed with the web builder.
Cannot get the LCD to work, I just get a solid white screen. Tried a 'prebuilt' firmware for this board and get the same thing.
Haven't connected to the machine yet, I want to see it working disconnected first and not there yet.
Also, can't get it connected to wifi. I've been trying with the MKS LaserTool with no luck and can't find another way to connect it without the screen working.
Is there another "tool" I can use to connect wifi?

LCD is not supported.
The sender should allow you to set SSID and password for wifi, if not available in the settings UI then at least via the MDI.

Let me explain what I'm trying to do.
I converted my laser engraver to a plasma cutter. I can easily switch between either one. I have the laser working perfectly now, thanks for pointing out the "set origin to 0" setting, that fixed it. But now I want to use a THC with the plasma.
For this I need 3 more inputs, Arc OK, Z up and z down. Since the LCD isn't supported, can the EXP1 or 2 inputs be used for the 3 I need?

Yes, but I have not managed to implement step injection on the ESP32 - so it does not matter. If you need WiFi connectivity the Pi Pico W/Pico2 W MCU is, IMO, a superior alternative for CNC - generally faster, less jitter, debuggable, easy to program (drag & drop) etc...

Yes, but you will have to use a board/driver that is capable of handling step injection for THC - only a few are.
