Best Controller?

I want to use grblHAL to control a plasma table I'm building and want to know which controller I should use.
I'll be using a THC so it will have to support an arc ok, and up/down inputs.
Ideally I'd like to have 2 probe inputs at least. One for a floating head and another for an Ohmic sensor.
Will also have a dual motor Y axis with dual homing on it as well.
Will be using NEMA 23 motors on all Axes so probably externally drivers.
Is there any "out of the box" ready controllers that will cover this?

Only a few drivers supports step injection, iMXRT1062 (Teensy 4), STM32F4xx and the RP2040 (Pi Pico). Out-of-the-box could be a T41U5XBB, Pico CNC (or soon to arrive new RP2350 based boards), Flexi-HAL, or Sienci Labs SuperLongBoard Ext - all for external drivers. AFAIK only the Sienci board supports two probe inputs out-of-the-box.
