Tip Calculator App submission for CodePath iOS Bootcamp

Hi @thecodepath and @timothy1ee,

I am submitting my Tip calculator App for your review. Please review it and let me know, your thoughts.
I have implemented the following main features and enhanced as suggested.

1. Basic functionality
2. Settings page
3. Remember bill amount across app restarts for 1 min ( since, it will be easy for testing)
4. Used current locale to format the currency
5. Implemented animation (mimicked the example app)

I am extremely exited about the bootcamp.
