step by step not operate with variation product 

Hello, 

I try to resolve my problem...

With **product variation**, quantity step by step not operate. 

Exemple, I want : 
**Minimum quantity :** 2
**Step value :** 2 

But the result is  : 
**Minimum quantity :** 1
**Step value :** 3......5......7.....9.... etc...

this bug is since of january with new version of wordpress.
