Rename CFWOS → CFOS in agent documentation

Update AGENTS.md references from the old "CFWOS" project name to the
new canonical "CFOS" name. This is part of a monorepo-wide rename to
simplify the project identity and remove the legacy "W" from the
acronym (Claude Framework Operating System).
