Similarity thresholds

Thanks you for so useful work. I still continue with the question. If you want to split drugs according to similarity thresholds using Morgan fingerprints, how would you define low, intermediate, and high similarity? I understand that this depends on number of bits, radius, features....If I use 2048 bits and radius=2 and features=True for example?
