Fix Bad Pixels [Feature Request]

It would be great if kinochrome could fix bad pixels like MLVApp. My EOS M has a bad pixel so unfortunately I need to fix this during conversion to DNG sequence. Since kinochrome is currently the fastest method I know of to convert MLV to DNG, this would be a welcome addition :)

MLVApp has the option to Auto fix bad pixels which works well for me:
