Add the project to SemaphoreCI

@greywolve Sorry, I must have missed this comment. I can't add the project to Semaphore since I'm not an administrator of the project - just a collaborator. I'm not sure if you can make me an administrator if the repository doesn't belong to a GitHub organization - right now it belongs to your user's account.

Can you create an account on Semaphore, a new open source organization and add the project? I would like to set up deployment to Clojars. Thanks.
