RDD Forest doc example

Hello! Thank you for all of your work on grf.

Some your regression discontinuity modeling uses the IKBandwidth function from the rdd package, which is no longer maintained.

In any case, that library implements the 2009 IK Bandwidth formula, which was updated in Imbens and Kalyanaraman's 2012 paper [1].

Thank you very much @mjgaughan! That rdd package in that optional example is still available on CRAN (https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/rdd/index.html) so it is not necessarily a problem the author doesn't maintain in anymore. You can continue using that example if you wish. I just used rdd there since it was the only package I found that provided simple IK BW functionality. If I remember correctly I compared it with rdrobust's mse optimal BW and the result was similar.

In any case, in a future grf release we'll add some more RD functionality/documentation that uses a new RD package by @swager and collaborators. My plan was to swap out the (optional) rdd package in that example at that time.

That sounds good!! Thank you for clarifying @erikcs -- I hadn't caught that the rdd usage was optional in grf. I appreciate your help/time clearing this up!
