Broken link when URL has cyrillic and underscore

Describe the current behavior

In a column (type text) with URLs, if a given URL in cyrillic has underscore (_), the link is cut in the underscore. For instance, https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Курчатовский_институт produces https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Курчатовский_.
