Row Style / Max height wraps & clips attachments columns even when space would be available

Describe the current behavior

Since the introduction of Row Style / Max height, there is the following bug:

When Max height is auto, attachments wrap & resize the row:

When Max height is any number, attachments flow into a column… and thus disappear even when they could still be visible because the column would be large enough:

Play with the Row Style / Max height setting.

(Column Type / Wrap has no effect on attachments)

Describe the expected behavior

I would expect that the layout of attachments inside their column does not change and row height only affect clipping.
