Prevent multiple license checkouts

Working through an audit to true up what we have in snipe so that it's up to date. Assigning licenses to users and noticed I was able to assign the same license to the same user more than once.

Would like for there to be a way, maybe a check box or something, that would prevent a license from being able to be checked out to a user more than once.
