php upgrade.php won't update to latest Version

I installed snipeit half a year ago with this command:
It's running perfectly. But when I try to upgrade the 5.4.1 to the latest version, it doesn't work.
I navigate to the /var/www/html/snipeit/ folder and run the following command
php upgrade.php
No errors, at the end the setup says "Finished! All done! Clear your browser cookies and re-login to use your upgraded Snipe-IT".
But there is still the 5.4.1 installed.

The only errors I can see in the setup are these steps:

I'm running Snipe-IT on Ubuntu 21.10. PHP 8.0.8 is already installed. Where is the Problem?
