How to reset a user MFA from commandline / regain admin access

Hello,

As I shared in a previous discussion, I recently inherited the admin role for this application from a former admin. The problem we are having is that we do not have the MFA token for the admin account (and we were requested to reset the MFA for another admin user that lost it). So effectively, we have lost our admin access to the application.

I have already followed the steps here:

But this method fails:

Is it possible to reset another users mfa directly from the mysql db? If so, can someone please share the command.

Some more info:
The sql db and application are running on separate docker containers on ubuntu 20.04.04
Snipe-IT Version v5.4.3 - build 6812 (master)

Issue has been resolved. Accessed the db and reset MFA enrollment for the admin.
