Add new Manufacturer, Category, Status Type from "Create New" menus

When you create a new asset, there are buttons to create a new Model or Status. Once you are in the "Create Asset Model" window, there are dropdown boxes for Manufacturer and Category. The "Create Status Label" window has a dropdown box for Status Type. I would like to be able to have a Create New option for each of these dropdowns.
Currently, I create a new asset that needs to create a new Model or Status. If I don't already have the correct values for Manufacturer, Category, or Status Type, I have to back out completely, add those values and then start over again.
