Snipe-IT Now Only Syncing AD for 1 of 3 Company Locations (OUs)

I'm having the issue below after it had been working previously.

ISSUE:

• attempting to SYNC users from AD for multiple locations stopped working
• the same location continues to sync even when others are selected
• no errors thrown since it does successfully sync, the sync is for an unintended OU

CONFIGURATION:

• on-prem Active Directory - each location has its own OU (OU=Location,DC=company,DC=com)
• no changes to the AD structure, but a large number of accounts have been eliminated in the past few months, prior to last sync
• no changes to the Snipe-IT configuration for LDAP Search OU

ENVIRONMENT:

• Installed in Docker with this image: lscr.io/linuxserver/snipe-it:latest
• no newer image available
• I don't believe there was an update to the image between the time it was working and now

TROUBLESHOOTING:

• verified that AD OUs and Snipe-IT configs matched
• verified that LDAP credentials work properly under the LDAP configuration
• I shutdown and restarted the Docker image in case there was an update, but no update to the app and no change after restart

The entire app has been glitch-free until this, so maybe its something I did inadvertently - I just can't see what that would be.
