Add a custom button (link) in sidebar

Hi !

Could anyone please tell me how do I add a custom link to the sidebar? I know these changes will blown away after upgrading; I'm ok with it. I just need to add a link to redirect to another site. Kindly tell me which blade do I need to edit.
