Can't download/delete backups anymore

Hi, maybe someone could enlighten me why out of the blue (OK, I've updated my ubuntu 22.04 few weeks ago) I can't download/delete backups? Backup file is created when I press button 'Generate backup' and I can confirm that by logging in via SSH into the server.

Backup file is created with permission 644. Owner is www-data. www-data is in www-data group. URL of backup file looks correct.
When I press on backup name - I'm redirected to main SnipeIT page.
When I press delete button - page refreshes, but file is still on the server.

Chown to www-data and chmod to 777 doesn't help. After setting debug_mode=true SnipeIT refuses to load (Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded)

Also can't access signature png files - broken link, but file itself is created and stored on the server. But I can download PDF files for signatures without any problems
