Consumables question

Hello,

First many thanks for this amazing piece of software. That is a given.

My question: on the consumables module, I am finding difficult to accurately keep track of toner cartridges. What I mean is that we have been adding a new entry per toner brand/model. But, as we order to replenish that same brand/model of toner, we may have a different price, order date, etc.

Is the expected use of the module that I would make a new consumable entry for every order of one type of toner, thus having multiple (for example) HP148x entries? How do you guys deal with this?
