Settings not showing up

Hello, I'm kinda new when it comes to snipe-it, I used it before but not in the administration level, and because I have no experience with it is why I need help.

I entered a new company, and they have snipe-it for inventory management, it was only on the testing stages, so there was a bunch to do.

For starters, they used a .csv file instead of synchronizing with an LDAP server, so I had to deal with that, they made some "weird" configuration to the point where the Purge button was nowhere to be found, I had to add it back in order to do something I needed to do.

And now I need help because I know the program has more settings to modify a lot more but with what I have I'm very limited, so I wanted to know if there was a way to enable back all the settings I'm missing somehow.
