Snipe-IT page not openning

After restarting my PC snipe-IT is not using the URL http://127.0.0.1:8000/setup please help this is my first time trying to setup the wonderful app

That's pretty far outside the scope of what these issues handle, since it's a networking issue, not a Snipe-IT issue, but I'll leave this open in case other community members want to help you out.
