LDAP Job Title with GOOGLE

Hi,

I use a LDAP Sync with Google LDAPS. Everything's good except the Job Title.

I use : title as field. Do I misunderstand something ? Do I have to change it ?

What should I try ?

No, that's exactly what it should be. I just tested on our own setup which uses Google LDAPS. And for 'LDAP Job Title' we have title (in all lower-case). Our titles do seem to be populated - so long as they're populated on the Google side as well.

Hi @uberbrady, thanks for the answer. I have the Job Title field set in Google with titles in. So I don't what changed since last time. I always use the same Google LDAPS and the users are updated. Only the titles are missing. I checked in LDAP Settings, there's no issue with it.
It takes all of the information, the Department, mail, Fist Name, Last Name, etc. but not the title anymore. And I can see in Google Workspace, the title is good.

The only thing that has changed 3-4 months ago, we used another IDP to bind to snipe-it and then we changed to Google.
And we merged the users (cause the old IDP had not the email as username).
So I see that old users (they're not here anymore, so not synced with Google) have their titles and actual users and new users don't have their titles.
