How did you setup your Label Settings?

Hey, i have massive problems with our label printer.
In the hosted version of snipe it is unfortunately not possible to use your own label.php.
Therefore we have problems with the labelsettings. I can't get the label settings to look reasonably good!
We use the P-Touch P750W label printer with 18mm/0.7" labels.
This are the settings and how it looks like when i try to print a label.

Does anyone here have any values I can use as a guide? That would be mega!!!
I cant continue with the inventory of my hardware at the moment..
