Hi SnipeIT Team,

I am trying to restore our backup. We didnt change anything in our server but I just got an error, see screenshot below.

May I know what file should I check and what is the root cause of this issue?

You'll want to make sure the permissions in your storage directory (and ALL subdirectories) as well as the public directory (and ALL subdirectories) are writable by whatever user the server runs as.
