Is there a way to email the recipient of the asset and cc the defined manager in LDAP?

When deploying assets we would like the user to get the email accepting the EULA and also have their manager CC'd or have a different notification altogether. Just something that would notify their manager of what they have been given. I'm struggling on how to make this happen! I do have the manager field populated in LDAP/AD and I do see that it is being defined in SnipeIT under the user profile.
