MS SQL Snipe-IT - Step Closer to full integration

Hi All,

I got the latest version of Snipe-IT working with MS SQL, most of changes are simple and not complex that require major rewrites.

I haven't tested every feature, but I can confirm the only major function that is broken is the backup.

When time permits I will work on a SQL backup script to correct the backup error, also need to test that this version is still compatible with MYSQL.
