snipeit cannot change the timezone

hello, i have installed snipeit on ubuntu server 22.04 but idk why the snipeit still read the TZ to UTC not my local time (UTC+7). can somebody help me? i have set the ubuntu timedatectl to Asia/Jakarta, set the php default date.timezone ti Asia/jakarta, set the .env file to Asia/jakarta but snipeit still set on UTC
