Logout page and changing passwords

Hello, we are new to Snipe IT and are mostly enjoying it. We are trialing it with some users. We have 2 issues we are trying to overcome. One is we are using SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language ) to login and it works great but users still have the ability to change passwords in Snipe IT and so we are hoping to disable that. The other problem is when a user logs out of Snipe IT it goes to a login page with username and password boxes which we are not using so we were hoping to redirect to something else on logout like a simple logout page or something. Can any of this be resolved....thank you!
