Sign of EULA's

While I am waiting for the feature for EULA signing and still wondering if this feature really will be implemented in near future, I just wanted to know how you all handle the user confirmation for receiving hardware.
The digital signing is nearly no serios option for me to let user sign with nothing but their mouse. For me is the problem that nearly everybody could sign because you can see no difference between the signatures.
I don't want to be ungrateful; I really appreciate the work of you!

I just wanted to know how the rest of the community is getting the confirmation.
Do some of you use a digital sign pad? How are your experiences? Can you maybe recommend a device?

What else can I do for making sure the user signs the EULA?
