Report-based Permissions

We have a CFO who is wanting to see reports from our system, specifically depreciation reports and custom asset reports to figure out who has what, etc.

I see the option to give him read-only report access, but he doesn't need access to the audit log, activity report, etc. Is there a way to grant granular permissions at the report level?
