How can we help?

I log into Snipe-it via the LDAP plugin. I'm not sure if this affects all logins, or only LDAP logins. I have noticed that when I sign in from a different computer or browser that it signs me out of my previous session.

I use multiple devices- desktop, laptop, & mobile, often concurrently. I would prefer that my user stay logged into Snipe-it on all devices that I have signed into until I click logout.

There must be something unusual about your setup. I am logged into the same account on multiple browsers all the time and it does not cause any issues. Are you running behind a load balancer or anything?

I have the same issue.
There are no load balancer involved.

Here is the Session Settings from the ENV file:

It is exactly the same as the Example ENV.
Does any other settings in the ENV impact the user session?

we had same issue and the steps in #14126 fixed it for us (disabling "Cache LDAP Passwords")
