Parent Child relationship capability on Custom Fieldsets

I would like to request the option to have parent child relationships on the custom field Fieldsets. I would like to have the ability to mark something as being in storage but then have the date of last maintenance appear with a required date field that would only be required if the "In Storage" checkbox was not checked.
