I wanted to give a quick update as I continue to troubleshoot. It seems that the users are actually in SnipeIT. I tried creating a new user and I was able to link them to an existing user as their manager. Also, when I saved that new user, they also do not show up so it's a displaying issues within the "People" page of SnipeIT. Hopefully this helps if anyone has any ideas. |

Noob here! I have been running Snipe IT on a very old workstation with Server 2012R2 installed on it. I've become very dependent on Snipe IT as my asset management and I decided it was time to move to a more stable and reliable environment. I did the new install successfully (whew) and I did the migration steps and I thought I was successful! Everything seemed to come across just fine. I decided to go in and clean up some User information and that's when I found out my users did not migrate. I went back to the MariaDB database and when I look at that in side of HeidiSQL, they seem to be there but they won't load into Snipe IT. Any suggestions? I get a 505 on the screen when I click on a user name that's listed in an asset.
Again, big code noob here. I feel I got lucky even getting it to run. HA :)
