Self:checkout_assets Help!

Hi there,

I'd like to request any assistance with the self_checkout permission when creating a new Group and their following permission(s)

I am looking to create a permission level that allows users to check out assets but only to themselves.
When using the "Self-Checkout" Group that I have made, I am unable to check out any assets at all despite the self_checkout permission is active (see below).

Could anyone explain why?
